Bryan Municipal Utilities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers while performing field and administrative tasks related to utility services. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reading electric and water meters accurately
- Ensuring proper meter functionality
- Recording meter read-ins and read-outs
- Checking for low water pressure and potential leaks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or meter reading (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid driver’s license
